Bazadais Beef Cattle

EASE OF CALVING
Having evolved through natural selection, the fertility rate and ease of calving is very high.

Females have good maternal instincts and milking ability.
The Bazadais leaves it's stamp on any breed they are crossed with, passing on sound genetics  ...


The birth weight of calves averages 38 kg.

 


Calves are very alert and mobile soon after birth and their muscle pattern develops after 3 to 4 weeks.

Calves are born a wheaten colour which gradually gives way to light or dark charcoal just before weaning.
